Principle of operation Crane
The electric motor transmits the motion through the drive shaft and coupling to the reducers, and then transmits the motion to the crane traveling wheel, which moves the entire main girder mounted on the head beams. The trolley containing the lifting mechanism is moved on a rail mounted on the main girder. Brakes do braking when needed. The electric motors are controlled by a control system located in the cabin. Thus, the loading and unloading area of the electric crane is rectangular.
The crane moves on the road thanks to 4 wheel clusters, 2 active, 2 passive. Each side beam is fitted with 1 active wheel assembly and 1 passive wheel assembly with a motor that moves from 0.4Kw to 5.5Kw.
The crane is operated on the height of the factory (the factory with a concrete girder supporting beam)
The vertical movement of the crane rail and the horizontal movement of the palang on the girder will make the crane able to lift and lower all points in the working space of the crane.
Crane electrical system : Electric for Palang or car. Electricity for Palang is designed in the following form. The electric wire running from the electrical cabinet to thepalang is clamped with wheels running on the C chute, the cable car should not be used.
Conductor for crane : Conductor of 3-phase safety stun rods on crane rails, which can be used with 3P, 4P or 6P rails from 50A, 75A, 100A, 150A.
