Crane Construction

When researching, designing and manufacturing cranes, in practice, the usual method is often used that is to design the crane when it is working stably with zero acceleration. Considering that the acceleration in the movement of the crane is also a factor affecting the stable working as well as the durability and rigidity of the crane.

A crane is a type of crane with a spherical steel structure, on which a moving part is mounted by an iron wheel that rolls on a rail dedicated to placing walls or beams of the factory, so it is also called a rolling bridge.

The main girder of the crane is designed in the form of a box or I-steel as the main bearing part. The main girder is also the running track of the Palang or the crane truck. Depending on the lifting load and aperture, the main girder crane will be designed accordingly. The main girder in addition to strength must ensure rigidity and elasticity.

Side beam is a rectangular box-shaped steel structure with a thickness of 6 to 10mm. The two ends of the girder are fitted with moving dynamics and rubber shock absorbers to reduce collisions when the moving crane hits the stop at the end of the track. Depending on the lifting capacity and aperture of the crane, wheels of different sizes will be used. other such as D200, D250, D300, D350, D400, D500 or using wheel bearings... Side beams are connected to the main girder by bolts, flanges or welds.

Depending on the needs of use and the design of the crane, we will use a palang is usually used for single girder cranes, the trolley is used for double girder cranes. Depending on the demand for crane use, electric cable hoist or electric chain palang can be used.
