DESIGN AND INSTALLATION STANDARD

1. Gider designing:

1). Girder deflection with load (static load):

d <=     1 

Lk     1000

           Lk : girder span.

• : the deflection of the girder before and after having test load at the middle of the girder.

2). Permanent deformation =  0.

3). Static load 1.25, dynamic load 1.1.              

4). Gider tolerance <=7 mm.

1. Installation:

1). Gap of two runway ends: l1<=10 mm.

2). Tolerance of two runway height: h1<=5 mm.

3). Tolerance of two railway height : h2<=2 mm.

4). Bending rail: c<=7 mm.

5). Gap of two railway ends: l2<=3 mm

III. Testing - load Steps:

• Static load 125% max load, keeping in 5 minutes. Checking the deflection of the girder, permanent deformation and lifting brake.
• Dynamic load 110% max load, Testting the crane in cross direction and long direction. Let the crane touch the runway teminal three times.
• Checking the cross limit switch and long limit switch.
• Checking the cross limit switch and long limit switch.
